Continuing working on this project last week, I have some updates on how things are going. First of all, I was able to create an Excel to do list, with main task and their due dates. I find it very useful to have to-do-lists and update them as you go. I am uploading an image of the list so you have an idea of what it looks like.
Also, I was able to work together with Anton and Igor - developers, on creating an online shop with the event's merchandise and it's up and running now. All I need to do is make sure that Max, who is going to be in charge of the inventory has access to the account and is able to get all the information he needs!

Next, I plan on creating an online form for registration and launch it by Friday, May 4th!
